Hospitality, from one host to another.
I started where you are — hosting my own property and learning what it really takes to deliver a five-star stay. Now I bring that same care to fellow DFW hosts.
Three years in, still showing up for every guest.
I got my start in short-term rentals by hosting my own property in the Fort Worth area. Before I ever picked up the keys, I read everything I could from Avery Carl and Daniel Rusteen, and listened to BiggerPockets and Bill Faeth on repeat. The homework paid off — I've held Superhost status and excellent ratings ever since.
What drives me isn't the spreadsheets, though I love those too. It's the experience. As a consumer myself, I notice when customer service is great — it makes the whole purchase feel better, and it's the difference between a good memory and a great one. I love being on the other side of that equation, giving guests the kind of stay they'll talk about long after checkout.
When I'm not co-hosting, you'll find me on the pickleball court, in the gym, planning a trip to a new city or country, or hosting friends over for an intimate dinner or a bigger gathering. Hospitality isn't just what I do — it's how I'm wired.
Real results, not just promises.
I hold myself to the exact standard I set for the hosts I work with. Here's how my own Fort Worth–area listing is performing right now.
Three commitments to every host I work with.
Five-Star Hospitality
Guests should feel welcomed from the first message to the last. Hospitality is the standard, not the goal.
Transparent Partnership
Clear communication, simple pricing, regular updates. You'll always know exactly what's happening with your property.
Local & Hands-On
I live and host right here in DFW. When something needs a person on-site, that person is me — not a call center.
