One-Time Launch Fee

Professional photography isn't included here — it's an optional add-on, priced separately, and I shoot it myself.

Pricing is benchmarked against comparable listings and positioned slightly above similar properties nearby — not aggressive, ever-shifting revenue-management optimization. PriceLabs' subscription (about $20/month per listing) is billed directly to you as the host, separate from my fee.
